4.1.3 Your car is collateral. You can still use it while you receive the loan. However, failure to keep up with repayments of the loan may lead to loss of collateral.
4.4 Title Loans Online Limited currently offer car loan services to Canadians only, and the application can only be made online by the borrower, a Canadian, or any related party, like a family member.
4.2 Loan Request Acceptance Policy
4.2.1 Your receipt of an electronic or other form of loan confirmation does not signify any acceptance of your loan request, nor does it constitute confirmation of any offer to fund.
4.2.2 Title Loans Online Limited reserves the right at any time after receipt of your loan request to accept or decline your loan request for any reason. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any loan request.
4.2.3 Title Loans Online Limited is not responsible for requests that cannot be funded or unsuccessful funding requests arising from your ineligibility to qualify for the funding opportunity.
